When Kids get life...

In the US, a lot of criminal happened by teenager...Well, they are heinous crimes. If you are a teenager and you make criminal, you should be punish. That means, they must suffer punishment, and they have to know that if they break the law, they must pay the penalty. Now the prison more than 2000, it's prove that teenager in criminal increase a lot and so fast than 1992. For this reason, in 2006, Human Right Committee ask the US explain about that. Prisoners' relatives are very sad and ask forgiveness for them. The teenager's parents so angry and they need to decrease the rule for teenager if they their children make mistake.
In my opinion, I think they should be punishment. But, i don't agree with that law that put them in jail. Because they are so young to live in jaw. I think the law should change because if you live in jail, you will not have any purpose to live. If the teenager make mistake, they should be punishment by study hard or by education. The teenager's thinking will be change if the law put them in jail, and they will become another person when they get out the jail because the environment in the jail was not good. They will turn to another person.
